We appreciate if you could let us know in advance if you are unwell with a potential infectious condition so that we can provide you with the best care and at the same time protect our staff and other patients from the infection.
We may offer you a phone/video consultation with the doctor first to assess your condition. We might be able to manage your illness through the telehealth consultation or you might need further assessment in person or through a car park consultation. Occasionally, you might be advised to attend the hospital or call the ambulance instead.
